City Proclamation Form | City of Humble

Overview

The Mayor of Humble issues proclamations to recognize special community events and significant achievements of local organizations and individuals. These proclamations highlight meaningful contributions and help bring awareness to causes that improve the quality of life in our community.

Who Can Request a Proclamation?

Proclamation requests may be submitted by:

Residents of Humble
Nonprofit organizations
Community groups

Requests should honor:

Significant achievements
Community events
Causes that promote public awareness and community well-being

Presentation Details

Proclamations may be presented at City Council meetings held on the second and fourth Thursdays of each month.
Requests should be submitted well in advance of the preferred presentation date.

Fees

One (1) official copy is provided free of charge
Additional copies are available for $5.00 each

Restrictions

Proclamations will not be issued for:

Profit-making activities
Promotion of specific religious beliefs
Political candidates or political organizations

Submission Requirements

Requests must be submitted at least ten (10) business days prior to the date needed
