By submitting this page, your organization agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Humble Fire Rescue, The City of Humble, and their respective officers, agents, employees, members and representatives (individually and collectively referred to as “Indemnified Parties”) from and against any and all third party claims, losses, damages, suits, causes of action and liabilities of every kind including attorney’s fees and costs of court due to or arising out of or in connection in any manner with the Indemnified Parties participation in the event referenced above.
